What truly sets Kitchen Inc team building events apart from other culinary events is our unique blend of professional chef instruction with business leader mediation. Owner Lucrece Borrego, an experienced business school graduate and former investment banker, facilitates all events. Our professional chefs lead everyone in a cooking experience that can be as hands-on and competitive as you choose. Events may also incorporate our Team Building Consultant, Deborah Salguero, an experienced team-building consultant with a Masters in Organization Psychology from Columbia University.

A multi-faceted event from hors d’oeuvres to debriefing
Participants prepare a variety of dishes before gathering in our Café to feast and discuss their experience. Kitchen Inc staff provides a mediated debrief of skills learned and team observations. Additionally, our Team Building Consultant can be brought in to provide written observations and recommendations on how to incorporate lessons from the event into your work environment.
